Job summary

Agincare seeks a Senior Support Worker for its Bromley supported living service. You will provide person-centred support, promote independence, and lead a small team while coordinating daily operations to ensure safe, high-quality care.

You will work with individuals with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs and mental health challenges, maintaining strong family and professional partnerships and upholding regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 12 months right to work in the UK.
• Level 2 Health and Social Care with willingness to work towards Level 3.
• Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support people to live independently and promote choice and inclusion.
• Share leadership and administrative duties, coordinating the service.
• Mentor staff and ensure high standards, safety and regulatory compliance.
