Job summary

Thendon Resourcing Limited is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead a supported living service for adults with learning and physical disabilities. You will manage teams to ensure high-quality, person-centred care and oversee system development and safeguarding compliance.

The role involves liaising with the Complex Care Manager, ongoing service growth, and ensuring up-to-date care documentation and regulatory adherence. A passion for improving lives is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as Deputy Manager or Service Manager in regulated care.
• Passion for person-centred care for learning and physical disabilities.
• Willing to work towards QCF Level 5 Leadership of Social Care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and relevant legislation.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage teams delivering care within the supported living service.
• Develop and implement systems and processes within the service.
• Audit care documentation for accuracy.
• Manage safeguarding matters.
• Reassess changing care needs and set up new contracts.
• Grow and develop the service; deputise for Complex Care Manager.
