Job summary

Jago Consultants is seeking an Assistant Service Manager / Service Reception Manager for a main dealer motor garage in the Basingstoke area of Hampshire. Salary around £36,000 OTE.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday 8am–6pm with a one-hour lunch, and Saturday mornings (8am–1pm) when Service Advisors are unavailable. You should have prior experience in a similar role or as a Senior Service Advisor, Service Manager, or Workshop Controller, with a proven ability to lead and develop a team

• Lead by example daily and drive service department performance.

• Ensure Vehicle Health Checks, upsell opportunities and follow-up on deferred work.
