Jago Consultants is seeking an Assistant Service Manager / Service Reception Manager for a position in Maidstone, Kent. Salary circa £27k basic with £33k OTE, reflecting a combination of base pay and on-target earnings.

The successful candidate will lead by example, motivate the team, and drive excellent customer service while ensuring smooth operation of the service department in the manager's absence. A proven track record in a similar role is preferred.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years in Senior Service Advisor / Workshop Controller / Service Reception Manager role.
• Experience leading a service team and representing the brand.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example on a daily basis.
• Resolve staff and customer concerns as they arise and hit business objectives.
• Oversee all Service Department operations in the absence of the Service Manager.
• Drive performance of front-of-house staff.
• Coach and motivate employees to ensure high-quality staff.
• Monitor performance against agreed targets.
• Ensure Vehicle Health Checks, upsell conversions, and follow-up of unsold work.
