Job summary

Jago Consultants is assisting a busy main dealership in Poole to recruit an experienced Service Manager to lead their service department. You will oversee daily operations, monitor customer satisfaction via CSI surveys, and drive performance across the team.

The role requires a proven leader with at least 3 years in a Service/Aftersales management position, a track record of staff development, and the ability to manage costs and budgets while achieving KPIs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager in the automotive sector.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, with a track record of improving service performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Service Department operations.
• Review CSI surveys and other customer-satisfaction measures.
• Drive performance of the Service department staff and coach the team.
• Control recruitment, staff development, and succession planning.
• Monitor performance against targets and budgets; analyse KPIs to identify trends.
• Implement targeted marketing and process improvements to address weaknesses.
