Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Senior Service Advisor / Workshop Controller role or similar.
• Strong leadership and brand ambassador capabilities.
• Stable career history across a relevant automotive service environment.
• Capable of hands-on coaching while overseeing the department in the manager's absence.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example daily and motivate the service team.
• Resolve staff and customer concerns and hit business objectives.
• Oversee all Service Department operations in the absence of the Service Manager.
• Drive front-of-house performance and ensure high staff standards.
• Coach, monitor and motivate employees to deliver quality service.
