Perfect Placement UK Ltd. is seeking a New Car Sales Manager to lead the Cheltenham dealership's new vehicle sales operation. This hands-on leadership role requires inspiring a team, delivering top-tier customer service and driving profitable sales performance.

The role operates Monday–Friday 9:00–18:00 with one weekday off and one late shift per week, plus weekend rota. A £30,000 basic salary with £50,000+ OTE, a personal car and laptop, and extensive benefits are offered.

Our client, a successful multi-franchise-approved dealer group, is seeking a New Car Sales Manager to lead the new vehicle sales operation at its Cheltenham dealership. This is a hands-on leadership role for an ambitious automotive professional who can inspire a team, deliver exceptional customer service and drive profitable sales performance.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm, including one weekday off and one 7:00pm late shift per week; Saturday 9:00am to 5:00pm; and Sunday 10:00am to 4:00pm on a rota. This New Car Sales Manager position offers an excellent opportunity to progress within a respected automotive business.

• Recent or current franchise-approved dealership experience as a New Car Sales Manager is desirable but not essential.
• Experienced Business Managers or Sales Controllers seeking career progression will also be considered.
• A self-motivated, adaptable and ambitious approach, with the ability to create a high-performing team culture.
• A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and leading from the front.
• A full UK driving licence with minimal points.
