Job summary

KPI People Ltd in Southend-on-Sea is seeking an experienced Assistant Service Manager/Senior Service Advisor to lead the workshop and front-of-house teams. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, improving profitability, and achieving budgets within a franchised dealership setting.

You will coach staff, optimise capacity, monitor CSI, and implement processes to maintain high service standards. A company car and extensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ Service Advisor experience.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• Franchised dealership experience desirable; Kerridge knowledge is a plus.

Our client, a large franchised main dealership, in Southend has the requirement for an experiencedSenior Service Advisor / Assistant Service Manager to join theirestablished and high performing Aftersales team.

Responsibilities

As an Assistant Service Manager your responsibilities will include:
