Perfect Placement UK Ltd in Southend, Essex is seeking an Assistant Service Manager for a reputable automotive dealership. You will support the Service Manager in daily service operations, drive customer satisfaction, and help manage service plans and workshop scheduling.

The role offers a competitive £35,000 base with uncapped OTE of £55,000+, including a company vehicle and a Monday–Friday schedule with some Saturdays. A path to progression is available within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Assistant Service Manager or similar role within the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with excellent organisational abilities.
• Working knowledge of automotive service processes and standards.
• Valid UK driving licence.
