Grantley Hall Group Limited is seeking a dedicated hospitality professional to support restaurant operations in a luxury, Michelin Star environment. You will work alongside the Restaurant Manager to lead shifts, greet guests, manage reservations and ensure flawless service.

The role emphasizes staff leadership, training, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety and guest satisfaction in a refined luxury setting.

• Run shifts with the Restaurant Manager.
• Greet customers and manage table reservations.
• Lead, manage and inspire staff to deliver outstanding service.
• Count cash, reconcile payments and banking per systems.
• Handle rotas and staffing levels.
• Train and develop staff using company procedures.
• Respond to customer queries and handle complaints.
• Ensure impeccable service for every guest.
• Take food orders and delegate tasks.
• Undertake monthly stock takes and order stock.
• Oversee H&S, allergen laws and hygiene ratings.

Salary: £34,906 per annum plus monthly tronc typically £3,400 annually

Key Responsibilities

• Working alongside the Restaurant Manager to run the shifts
• Meeting and greeting customers, organising table reservations
• To lead, manage and inspire your staff to deliver outstanding customer service
• Counting cash, reconciling payments and banking according to company systems
• Responsible for rotas/staffing levels
• Training and development of all staff using the company procedures
• Responding to customer queries and complaints
• Ensure each customer receives impeccable service
• Taking customers food orders
• Delegating tasks and checking their execution
• Undertake monthly stock takes and overseeing and ordering of stock
• Responsible for H&S, FSA requirements, Allergy Laws and Hygiene ratings
