Grantley Hall in North Yorkshire is seeking a hospitality professional to uphold the highest standards of service across its restaurants and bars. You will deeply understand menus, guide guests, and ensure your section is prepared to perfection with a welcoming attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high standards of service in a hospitality setting.

Salary: £25,320 per annum plus monthly service charge typically £3,400 annually

• Ensure that the service is always performed in a professional manner and to the standards of Grantley Hall, ensuring guest satisfaction
• Fully knowledgeable with all menus and capable of offering deep explanations when requested
• Responsible for preparing your section to the highest standards
• Enthusiastic, quick thinking and with a welcoming personality
• Assist in maintaining the tidiness and cleanliness of the restaurant and areas
