Previous experience within a high volume premium restaurant is essential

Opening in Spring of 2025, this new restaurant will be in a prime location in Mayfair and aims to elevate the seafood offering in London. Staying true to provenance and with a keen focus on quality, it aims to deliver a memorable and sophisticated dining experience. Featuring an open kitchen and a wood-fired grill, it will offer a delectable selection of seafood and a raw bar on the ground floor in addition to the 104-cover restaurant area, a cocktail bar, and a 24-cover Private Dining Room (PDR) on the lower level.

The Position

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our opening team. The successful candidate will be friendly, personable, and passionate about guest experience, food, and drink.

You will support management by supervising, delegating, and managing the floor team to ensure correct procedures and standards are always upheld, and that guests receive the highest levels of service throughout their visit.

If you have the following, then we want to hear from you:

Previous experience as a floor manager or assistant manager in a high-end restaurant and/or private members club.

Extensive and proven experience of delivering exceptional service, food, and drink.

Working knowledge of H&S, Food Hygiene, and Fire Regulations relevant to the business.

Proven ability to recruit, manage, train, and motivate a diverse team of people.

A highly creative approach to your work with excellent attention to detail.

Experience in managing labour budgets, scheduling, and reviewing staff rotas.
