Qualifications

  • Experience in subcontractor management.
  • Strong understanding of NEC3 forms of contract and construction law.
  • Full UK manual driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

  • Produce weekly and monthly cost-value reconciliations.
  • Capture and allocate costs and liabilities.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with teams.
  • Manage opportunities and risks and identify deviations.
  • Assist in developing commercial tenders and contracts.
  • Identify and escalate inappropriate costs.
  • Record and track insurance claims.
  • Maintain accurate contract data.
  • Capture and report direct labour payments.
