Qualifications

  • 1–3 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role within civil engineering or construction.
  • Organised, proactive, and motivated to progress in the sector.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with cost planning, measurement, and valuations.
  • Supporting the preparation of bills of quantities and tender documentation.
  • Assisting with subcontractor procurement and management.
  • Monitoring site progress, costs, variations, and forecasts.
  • Contributing to monthly commercial reports and final accounts.
  • Collaborating closely with site teams, subcontractors, and clients.
