A boutique Branding and Print Production Agency is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to enhance business efficiency through project management and financial oversight. We make and install interior branding and window manifests for retail and commercial projects. Our clients include McDonalds restaurants UK, Domino's Pizza UK, who we have worked with for over 10 years.

The ultimate objective of this role is to enhance overall business efficiency and profitability through accurate project estimation, management, and financial oversight while maintaining seamless communication and compliance with industry standards.
Additionally, the role aims to drive innovation and client satisfaction, contributing to the company's growth and reputation.

Estimate Generation – approx 35%:
Utilize architectural drawings and/or historical data to generate accurate project estimates. Collaborate with directors to ensure estimates align with project requirements and budget constraints.
Communication Management - approx 10%:
Handle inbound office communication both internally and externally. Filter and prioritize communication between internal supply chain teams and external stakeholders. Maintain clear and concise communication channels to ensure project progress and resolve any issues promptly. This will include our weekly update to ensure there is clarity of what expectations and priorities are for each week.
Project Management assistance - approx 15%:
Help manage smaller ad hoc graphic requirements for stakeholders, ensuring quality and timeliness. Track timelines and deliverables from various stakeholders, ensuring milestones are met. Maintain adequate levels of materials for the operations team. Ensure risk assessments and method statements are generated prior to project start on site dates. Attend externally install sites from time to time to build positive relationships with on-site teams and stakeholders.
Pre-qualification questionnaire compliance – approx 10%:
Help directors oversee the completion and submission of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires to ensure the company remains eligible for tendering on construction projects.
Research and Innovation - approx 5%:
Undertake research on new ad hoc projects aimed at adding value to clients. Identify opportunities for innovative and/or sustainable materials solutions within projects for Director approval. Gather appropriate graphic and visual content for external marketing agency.
Financial Oversight - approx 25%:
Finalize project completion costs monthly for review and approval by the Director and finance team. Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to ensure financial objectives are met. Review cost queries from quantity surveyors and formulate agreed response with directors.
