A construction consultancy is looking for an Assistant Project & Cost Manager to support the delivery of commercial fit-out projects based in Surrey. Responsibilities include project management assistance, cost control, procurement support, and day-to-day project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in the construction sector, strong organizational skills, and effective communication abilities. A driving licence is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Some relevant experience, placement, or a construction-related qualification preferred.
• Willingness to learn and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with Project Management & Cost Control
• Supporting procurement processes and contractor coordination
• Helping with cost planning, reporting and valuations
• Supporting programme management and day‑to‑day project delivery
