Job summary

Millennium Hotel and Resorts UK is seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager to assist in the smooth running of the Restaurants and Bar, ensuring guests receive the best possible service.

Based in London, the role requires flexibility, strong leadership of the team, and coordination with the kitchen to maximise dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience managing outlets and delivering guest-focused service across breakfast periods.

Qualifications

• Ability to be flexible and work according to the hotel demand.
• Capacity to organise other outlets when required.
• Knowledge of products in the ala carte menu and in the buffet, preparing weekly rotas and training for all the staff.
• Skill in communicating well with guests meet their expectations, lead his team, organise schedules for the outlets.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with the chef concerning covers and any special arrangements at peak times and locations.
• Plan the use of other areas for Breakfast when covers exceed the number judged the maximum possible in the SW7 restaurant.
• Requisition equipment, staffing and supervision for other breakfast areas.
• Post charges to guest accounts, or control inclusive breakfast covers, to maximise sales and minimise food cost.
• Ensure stocks of equipment are kept up to par and advise the Cost Controller if more is required.
• Ensure rotas are designed to ensure efficiency and minimise waste.
