Job summary

Millennium Hotels and Resorts UK is seeking a Casual Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team. The role involves serving food and beverages in the restaurant, particularly in the bar and cellar, and assisting with breakfast or events as needed.

You will confidently present our F&B offerings, handle payments, and ensure guests receive a warm, welcoming service at every touchpoint. Flexible shifts from 7am to 2am across the week, with talkable patterns during recruitment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food and beverage service position.
• Attentive, professional customer service skills.
• The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a big team.
• Experience of processing payments (Micros is advantageous).
• Confidence, professionalism and engaging personality.

Responsibilities

• Provide the service of food and beverage products in the restaurant, predominantly in the bar and cellar.
• Communicate all food and beverage offerings to customers clearly.
• Process payments (cash, card and room charges) accurately according to guidelines.
• Provide a warm and welcoming service at all guest touchpoints.
