The Millennium Gloucester Hotel London Kensington is seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager to help run the Restaurants and Bar, ensuring guests receive the best possible service.

You will coordinate with the chef, plan breakfast coverage, manage staff rotas, and oversee cost controls to maximise sales while maintaining high service standards. This role offers a dynamic environment within a 4-star luxury setting and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Ability to be flexible and work according to the hotel demand.
• Capacity to organise other outlets when required
• Knowledge of products in the ala carte menu and in the buffet, preparing weekly rotas and training for all the staff
• Skill in communicating well with guests meet their expectations, lead his team, organise schedules for the outlets

Responsibilities

• Arrange equipment, staffing and supervision for other breakfast areas.

• Ensure stocks of equipment are kept up to par and to advise the Cost Controller if more is required.
• To ensure that the rotas are designed to ensure efficiency and minimise waste as much as possible.

Millennium Hotel and Conference Centre Gloucester London is seeking a Assistant Outlet Manager this role includes to assist in the smooth running of the Restaurants and Bar to ensure that guests are given the best possible service.

The Millennium Gloucester Hotel London Kensington is an impressive 4-star deluxe hotel in the heart of charming Kensington and a minutes' walk to Gloucester Road Underground station, allowing convenient access around London.

The hotel boasts 610 spacious guest rooms and Guests will be spoilt for choice with the array of dining facilities available, including the hugely popular Humphrey's Café & Bar, South West 7 and the Bombay Brasserie.

The hotel is also home to the Millennium Conference Centre which is the perfect place to host your event, with a variety of flexible meeting spaces, including 26 versatile function rooms covering a total of 1,600m2 and the capacity to accommodate up to 600 delegates. Assistant Outlet Manager Key Responsibilities will include:

• Communication with the chef concerning covers and any special arrangements at peak times and locations.

• The requisitioning of equipment, staffing and supervision for other breakfast areas.
