Assistant Manager – Grab & Go Concept

We are partnering with a fast-growing Grab & Go food business that is looking for an Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day running of a busy site. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to grow their career with a people-focused brand.

Who We’re Looking For:

We are looking for an Assistant Manager, or an experienced Supervisor ready to step up, from a high-volume Grab & Go or QSR background. You will be confident working on the floor and supporting the management team, with experience in:

  • Supporting daily operations in a busy environment
  • Training, coaching, and motivating team members
  • Delivering good customer service at all times
  • Helping with stock control, costs, and targets
  • You will enjoy working with food and people and will be keen to learn and develop.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the General Manager with the day-to-day running of the site
  • Make sure food quality and customer service are always high
  • Run shifts and support the team during busy periods
  • Help with recruitment, training, and development
  • Assist with stock levels, costs, and performance
