Boots Opticians in Belfast is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the team and deliver an exceptional customer journey while supporting the Store Manager in achieving the commercial plan.

You will be involved in customer service, store operations and clinical activities such as patient pre-screening and dispensing, with opportunities to develop leadership through our training programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Desire to learn and develop in optics.
• Led or coached a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the team to deliver an exemplary customer journey.
• Assist with store operations and clinical activities including patient pre-screening and dispensing.
• Create rotas, conduct return-to-work reviews and manage performance.
