Tenpin Ltd in Southampton is looking for an Assistant Manager to ensure customers have a great visit and to keep centre operations running smoothly. You will be organized, approachable and take initiative to drive service standards and team performance.

The role offers a clear path to Deputy Manager and requires a hands-on leader who can manage budgets, training and daily priorities while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a management role within hospitality, leisure or retail.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and guest experience.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and mentor colleagues.
• Be driven, energetic and proactive in problem solving.
• Eager to progress to Deputy Manager.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational management of the centre.
• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Support the delivery of company strategy and budgets.
• Deputise for the Deputy Manager when needed.
• Develop self and team for future roles.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with managers across departments.
