Job summary

Tenpin Ltd is seeking an Assistant Manager to ensure customers have a fantastic visit and to foster a fun, efficient centre environment. You will lead by example, manage daily operations, and support the delivery of budgets and KPIs.

The role requires at least 1 year in a management position within leisure, hospitality, or retail, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and developing a large team. A clear path to Deputy Manager awaits the successful candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a team or department in leisure, hospitality, or retail.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and to lead by example.
• Ambitious with a drive to progress into a Deputy Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational management of the centre.
• Drive a culture focused on outstanding customer service.
• Lead and develop the team, ensuring collaboration and performance.
• Support delivery of company strategy and budgets/KPIs.
• Back up the Deputy Manager in their absence.
• Own your training and development to progress into a Deputy Manager.
