Job summary

Tenpin in Southampton is seeking an Assistant Manager to ensure guests have an exceptional experience across our leisure and entertainment venues. You will create a fun, welcoming environment while staying organized and proactive in developing your team.

The role involves hands-on leadership, supporting the Deputy Manager, and driving the centre to hit budgets and KPI targets through strong customer service and staff development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in leisure, hospitality or retail.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
• Experience in leading and developing large teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational management of the centre.
• Strive to deliver the best possible level of customer service.
• Lead the team by example and encourage collaboration.
• Support delivery of company strategy and budgets.
• Act as Deputy Manager in their absence.
• Develop your own training to grow into the Deputy Manager role.
• Assist other Managers in hitting budgets, targets and KPIs.
• Provide cross-department support as required.
• Ensure daily adherence to policies, procedures and compliance.
