Job summary

Tenpin Ltd (part of Ten Entertainment Ltd) in Coventry is seeking an Assistant Manager to ensure customers have a fantastic time visiting our leisure centres. You will lead daily operations, model exceptional customer service, and develop a large team across multiple departments.

The role requires at least 1 year in a management position within leisure, hospitality or retail, and a drive to progress into Deputy Manager. You’ll be well organised, approachable and proactive.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a management role.
• Experience in leisure, hospitality or retail is preferred.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
• Experience in leading and developing large teams.

Responsibilities

• Take day-to-day responsibility for operational management of the centre.
• Lead the team to deliver the best possible level of customer service.
• Support the delivery of the company strategy and KPIs.
• Deputise in the absence of the Deputy Manager.
• Own training and development to grow into the Deputy Manager role.
