Job summary

Tenpin in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant Manager to ensure our guests have a memorable visit. You will lead daily operations, foster a fun, high-service culture and guide the team to exceed performance targets.

You will be organised, proactive and customer-focused, with a clear path to Deputy Manager through development and mentoring. Join us to help entertain families across our venues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in leisure, hospitality or retail.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
• Experience leading large teams.
• Ambitious and eager to progress.
• Organised and proactive with a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Assume day-to-day responsibility for the operational management of the centre.
• Strive to deliver the best possible level of customer service.
• Lead the team by example and ensure effective collaboration.
• Support the delivery of the company strategy.
• Deputise in the absence of the Deputy Manager.
• Own training and development to grow into Deputy Manager.
• Support other Managers in achieving budgets, targets and KPIs.
• Provide cross-departmental support as required.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, controls and compliance daily.
