Tenpin Ltd (part of Ten Entertainment Ltd) in Manchester is seeking an Assistant Manager to ensure customers have a fantastic visit. You will be driven, approachable, and able to create a fun environment while leading a team and owning your development to grow into Deputy Manager.

You will oversee day-to-day centre operations, deliver outstanding service, support other managers and drive budgets and KPIs with a focus on culture, training and compliant practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a management role, ideally in leisure, hospitality or retail.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
• Experience leading and developing large teams.
• Driven, enthusiastic and patient.
• Ambitious with a desire to progress into Deputy Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assume day-to-day responsibility for the operational management of the centre
• Strive to achieve a culture focused on delivering the best customer service
• Lead the team by example ensuring everyone works together effectively
• Support the delivery of the company strategy
• Deputise in the absence of the Deputy Manager
• Own training and development to grow into the Deputy Manager role
• Support other Managers in achieving budgets, targets and KPIs
• Provide cross-departmental support as required
• Ensure policies, procedures, controls and compliance are followed daily
