Starbucks seeks an Assistant Manager to lead one of our stores, delivering outstanding customer experiences and commercial results. You’ll drive KPIs, coach partners, and manage shift operations with accountability for standards and safety.

The role offers hands-on leadership with clear progression toward Store Manager, and involves early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. You’ll join a team that values service, teamwork and growth, with comprehensive training and competitive salary

Formación

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to translate metrics into actions and manage people and operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead shifts to deliver commercial results and world-class customer experience.
• Take ownership of KPIs such as labour, waste and sales performance.
• Ensure shift deployment meets planned roles, adjusting to optimise customer experience.
• Observe partner performance, coach and provide feedback.
• Act as the store's duty manager during your shift and uphold standards.
