Starbucks is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a Store with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and strong commercial results. You will own operational standards, partner engagement, and KPI delivery, while developing your leadership career.

In this role you’ll manage shifts, coach team members, and implement initiatives, ensuring health and safety standards are met and that brand standards are consistently upheld.

Qualifications

Experience leading a team in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
Ability to translate metrics into actions and drive KPIs.
Growth mindset and appetite for developing leadership career.

Responsibilities

Lead shifts to deliver commercial results and exceptional customer experiences.
Own labour efficiency, waste reduction, and sales performance KPIs.
Ensure effective shift deployment and staff coaching for performance.
Train and support partners to deliver consistent quality and service excellence.
Embed new initiatives and product launches at store level.
Maintain health & safety, food safety, and security standards.
