Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience leading a team in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
- Ability to translate metrics into actions and manage people and priorities.
- Strong customer focus with a commercial mindset.
Responsibilities
- Lead shifts focused on delivering commercial results and customer experience.
- Own KPIs such as labour efficiency, waste, and sales performance.
- Ensure shift deployment meets planned roles and routines while optimising the customer experience.
- Coach and develop partners, recognise achievements, and act as duty manager when scheduled.
- Ensure brand and operational standards are met and use data to improve shift performance.
- Lead and embed new initiatives and product launches at store level.
- Maintain health, food safety and security standards.
