Job summary

Five Guys is seeking an Assistant Manager in the UK to partner with the General Manager, lead teams during busy shifts, and ensure every burger and fry meets the Five Guys standard. You will drive sales, control costs, and deliver an outstanding guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will coach, develop talent, and uphold Food Safety and hygiene standards while constantly seeking improvements in service quality and efficiency. This role offers growth toward future leadership positions.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of management experience in a high-volume hospitality or QSR environment.
• Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction scores and positive reviews.
• Ability to lead, coach and motivate a team while focusing on profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and coach teams to deliver profitability and excellent service.
• Support the General Manager and take ownership of store results and P&L.
• Drive sales while controlling labour costs and inventory to hit targets.
