Job summary
Tenpin in Coventry is seeking an Assistant Manager to ensure guests have a fantastic time across bowling, escape rooms, karaoke and more. You will lead operations, model exceptional service and drive a culture of outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced, multi-faceted entertainment centre.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year in management, be passionate about customer service, and capable of leading large teams while developing your own skills to progress toward Deputy Manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year in a management role, ideally within leisure, hospitality or retail.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience leading and developing large teams.
- Driven, energetic and patient with a positive attitude.
- Ambitious and keen to progress within the business.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operational management of the centre.
- Foster a culture focused on delivering the best customer service.
- Lead the team by example and ensure effective collaboration.
- Support the delivery of the company strategy.
- Cover for the Deputy Manager when needed.
- Own training and development to grow into Deputy Manager.
- Support other managers to meet budgets, targets and KPIs.
- Ensure policies, procedures, controls and compliance are followed daily.
