Flow Sports Personnel Ltd client is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a busy leisure centre in High Wycombe. You'll coach and mentor the team, work alongside the General Manager, and ensure outstanding customer experience while maintaining safe, fun environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of twelve months' management experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
