• Hands-on General Manager with 18+ months in leisure, hospitality, or retail.

• Willingness to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Run a busy centre, ensuring a safe, fun and engaging environment for staff and customers.
• Drive financial and commercial performance across all revenue streams (Food, Drink, Amusements and Bowling/Golf).
• Meet budget and KPI targets and contribute to growth plans.
• Lead, coach and motivate the team to deliver outstanding service.
