Job summary

Flow Sports Personnel Ltd is seeking an Assistant Manager for a busy leisure centre in London. You will coach and mentor the team on shift, ensure top service standards, and deliver a safe, fun environment for customers.

You will support the General Manager with back-of-house duties while running exceptional front-of-house operations. The role requires 12 months of management experience, a passion for customer service, and flexibility to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

Minimum 12 months of management experience in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Proven ability to inspire and develop large teams.
Willing to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

Coach and mentor the team on shift to maintain high service standards.
Ensure the centre is a safe and fun environment for customers.
Be hands-on across all areas of a busy centre.
Support the General Manager with back-of-house duties and front-of-house operations.
Drive financial targets and service standards.
