You will support the General Manager with back-of-house duties, drive financial targets and service standards, and enjoy a comprehensive package with bonus opportunities and staff perks.

The role requires 12 months of management experience in leisure/hospitality and a passion for service, with weekend and night shifts expected.

• Minimum 12 months management experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment in leisure/hospitality/retail.
