Job summary
Flow Sports Personnel Ltd is recruiting an Assistant Manager for a busy leisure operation. You will coach and mentor the team on shift, ensure a safe, fun customer experience, and stay hands-on across front and back of house.
You will support the General Manager with back-of-house duties, drive financial targets, and uphold exceptional service standards in a fast-paced centre. Nights and weekends are required.
Qualifications
- minimum of twelve months' management experience in a fast paced, customer-facing environment ideally within the leisure, hospitality, or retail industry
- be passionate about customer service
- evidence of inspiring and developing large teams
- be willing to work nights and weekends
- have ambition for success
