Flow Sports Personnel Ltd is seeking an Assistant Manager to be at the centre of the customer and team experience, coaching the team on shift and ensuring the centre maintains the best standards in the industry.

The role is varied and challenging, supporting the General Manager with back-of-house duties while running the front of house, and responsible for delivering financial targets and service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of twelve months' management experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor the team on shift to maintain high standards of service.
• Ensure the centre is a safe and fun environment for customers.
• Support back-of-house duties and run an exceptional front-of-house operation.
• Deliver financial targets and service standards.
