Job summary

Flow Sports Personnel Ltd is recruiting a Deputy Manager for a fast-paced leisure centre in High Wycombe. You will take accountability in the absence of the General Manager and drive an exceptional customer and team experience.

The role offers a clear path to General Manager within twelve to eighteen months, with hands-on leadership across all areas of the busy centre and a focus on achieving financial targets and high service standards.

Qualifications

• minimum of eighteen months experience in a customer-facing management role
• evidence of delivering on financial targets
• a passion for people including experience of coaching and developing your team
• be fanatical about customer service
• have ambition for success
• be willing to work nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• coaching and mentoring the team on shift and ensuring the centre is a safe and fun environment for customers
• hands-on across all areas of the busy centre
• support the General Manager with back of house duties and run an exceptional operation front of house
• deliver financial targets and service standards
