Five Guys in Manchester is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts on the floor and on the line, coaching teams to deliver top-notch burgers and service.

You'll support the General Manager to maximize store results while upholding Five Guys values and culture. The role offers development opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package within a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of management experience in a high-volume hospitality or QSR setting.
• Strong focus on guest experience and customer satisfaction.
• Experience helping manage costs, inventory and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Shift Managers and Crew on the line and dining area.
• Support the General Manager to deliver profitable store results and great guest experiences.
• Create a positive working environment aligned with company values.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and honestly.
• Ensure smooth shift operations and long-term planning for the team.
• Own the P&L and drive sales while controlling costs.
