Five Guys Bolton is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shift teams and ensure burgers and fries are prepared to perfection with outstanding service.

You will work with the General Manager on store results, coach staff to deliver a memorable guest experience, and manage costs with a hands-on approach in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Formación

• 1-2 years of management experience in a high-volume hospitality or QSR setting.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and Mystery Shopper results.
• Experience assisting with P&L management, labour costs, and waste control.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop talent within a team.
• Solid understanding of Food Safety and Health & Safety standards.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Shift Managers and Crew on the line and dining area.
• Support the General Manager in delivering top-quality burgers and fries, store results, and guest experience.
• Create an engaging working environment aligned with our Values.
• Ensure every customer is delighted and handle complaints openly.
• Ensure shifts run smoothly and plan for long-term success.
• Own the P&L, drive sales while controlling costs.
• Lead with our values and develop future talent.
