• Own KPIs such as labour efficiency, waste reduction, and sales performance.
• Coach and develop partners, observing performance and giving feedback.
• Train and onboard partners to ensure consistent quality and service excellence.
• Lead and embed new initiatives and product launches at store level.
• Maintain health & safety, food safety and security standards.
