Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to deliver commercial results and ensure world-class customer experience.
• Own KPIs such as labour efficiency, waste reduction and sales performance.
• Manage shift deployment to optimise customer experience and staff coverage.
• Coach and provide feedback to partners, recognizing achievements.
• Act as duty manager during shifts and uphold brand standards.
• Use data to improve shift performance and decision making.
• Train and coach partners for quality, efficiency and service excellence.
• Lead initiatives and product launches at store level.
• Maintain health & safety, food safety and security standards.
