Lane7 - Newcastle is seeking an Assistant Manager for Lane7 St James Newcastle to drive performance and guest experience across all areas of the venue. You will lead a strong leadership team, uphold standards, and ensure excellence in service while managing multiple revenue streams.

Bring management experience in leisure or hospitality, plus a passion for motivating teams, communicating clearly, and delivering memorable guest experiences from the moment guests walk in.

Qualifications

• Experience in management within leisure, hospitality or F&B.
• Ability to lead by example and supervise daily activity.
• Inspire and motivate the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Ensure positive guest service; resolve complaints or escalate to GM as needed.
• Manage shifts covering the entire venue.
• Adhere to standards to increase sales and minimise costs.
• Participate in all areas of operation including gaming, food & beverage, events.
• Create a team-focused environment with professional motivation.
