Job summary

Lane7 Bullring is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive performance, culture and guest experience across the venue. You’ll lead from the front, set standards, build a strong leadership team and manage shifts, working across gaming, food, beverage and events to achieve target service levels.

With management experience in leisure or hospitality, you’ll inspire and motivate your team, communicate effectively and maintain a fun, professional atmosphere for guests and staff every day.

Qualifications

• Have management experience in the leisure, hospitality, or F&B sector.
• Be an Assistant Manager able to lead by example and supervise a team.
• Inspire and motivate your team to deliver outstanding guest experiences from the moment they arrive.
• Great communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Ensure positive guest service in all areas and respond to complaints or escalate when needed.
• Manage shifts covering the entire venue.
• Adhere to company standards to increase sales and control costs (beverage, supply and labor).
• Participate in all areas of operation across gaming, food, beverage, events, sport and labour while maintaining standards.

As our business continues to expand andbring the full throttle best night out in one place experience. We’re now looking for an experienced Assistant Manager ready to help set the pace, lead from the front and drive this huge venue to its full potential.

The Role

As Assistant Manager, you’ll have to support with the responsibility for the performance, culture, and success of the site. You’ll lead from the front, setting standards, building a strong leadership team, and delivering an exceptional guest experience across multiple revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure positive guest service in all areas. Respond to complaints within the given parameters or escalated to the Deputy / General Manager, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into returning guests
• Managing shifts covering the entire venue
• Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales, minimise costs, beverage, supply and labour costs
• Actively participate in all areas of the operation from gaming, food, beverage, events, sport and labour whilst maintaining required standards of operation in daily activities
• Create an environment that is team focused and encourage a professional and motivating atmosphere for all team members

To be a success with Lane7, you’ll:

What We’ll Offer

• Salary - £33,000 Per Annum
• 28 days holiday per year (Plus 1 day per every year worked, Up to 5 years of service)
