Rexel Brentwood is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager to support the Business Manager in achieving sales, service and operational targets while leading by example in customer service. You will supervise daily branch activities, ensure policy compliance and maintain high health and safety standards.

You will coach and develop the team, serve as the escalation point for issues, and step in during the Business Manager's absence to keep the branch running smoothly and efficiently.
