Rexel Brentwood Heathrow is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to support the Business Manager in achieving sales, service and operational goals. You will lead by example, coach the team and uphold high health and safety standards in a busy branch environment.

Responsabilidades

• Hit sales, service and operational targets while leading by example to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance with policies and highest health and safety standards.
• Coach and mentor the team, resolving escalations and acting as go-to escalation point for customers and operations.
• When the Business Manager is away, step in and keep the branch running smoothly.
