Rexel Ayr is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager to drive sales, service and daily branch operations while leading by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will coach and develop your team, step in for the Business Manager when needed, ensure safety and policy adherence, and work closely with colleagues to achieve branch targets and build lasting customer relationships.
