Tenpin in Coventry is seeking a Deputy Manager to ensure customers have a great time and to create a fun, safe environment for both customers and staff. You will support the General Manager with daily operations, develop the team and drive sales and profits.

Your leadership will foster a customer-focused culture and guide large teams to meet KPIs while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in leisure, hospitality or retail.
• Passionate about exceptional customer service.
• Have experience in leading and developing large teams.
• Ambitious and eager to progress.
