Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking a motivated Assistant Manager in the UK to lead and inspire a busy centre. You will supervise front-of-house, assist back-of-house, and drive exceptional guest experiences while coaching a large team.

The role requires a passion for service, experience in leisure/hospitality, and a willingness to work nights and weekends. You will be supported by a thorough induction and opportunities for development, including our Centre Manager in Training pathway.

Qualifications

• Management experience in leisure, hospitality or retail.
• Passion for customer service.
• Ability to inspire and develop large teams.

Responsibilities

• Induct and train staff across all areas of the centre.
• Lead front-of-house operations and support back-of-house to meet goals.
